“WITHOUT THE QUEERS THE CHURCH WOULD BE NAKED”
The Church relies on queer labor while publicly denouncing queer existence. This contradiction isn’t just hypocrisy, it’s a structure. The very institution that shames also consumes, silently and repeatedly, the aesthetics of the bodies it shuns. What emerges is not just a critique, but a revelation: that behind every robe, every golden altar, every stained-glass saint, therE have always been queer hands.
